At Feeq FZE, we are dedicated to ensuring that every product we ship meets our high standards of quality. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are considered final.

General Policy: All Sales Are Final

All sales made through https://feeq.ae/ are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or other personal reasons. We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.

Exception: Products Damaged on Arrival

The only exception to our “All Sales Are Final” policy is for products that arrive in a damaged condition. We will offer a replacement or a full refund in such cases, provided the following strict conditions are met.

Conditions for a Damaged Item Claim:

  1. Claim Period: You must contact us within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date recorded by the courier. Claims made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  2. Mandatory Proof: You must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited video of the package being opened for the first time. The video must clearly show:

    • The unopened package with the shipping label visible.

    • The act of breaking the seal and opening the package.

    • The entire unboxing process.

    • A clear view of the specific damage to the product.

    • Please note: Photos alone, or videos taken after the package has been opened, will not be accepted as valid proof.

  3. Verification: Our dedicated team will carefully review the submitted video evidence to verify the claim. The verification process may take up to 5-7 business days.

How to File a Claim for a Damaged Item

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Send an email to support@feeq.ae within the 3-day claim period.

  2. Email Subject: Please use the subject line: “Damaged Item Claim – Order #[Your Order Number]”.

  3. Include in Email:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • A brief written description of the damage.

    • A link to the unboxing video (e.g., via Google Drive, YouTube, WeTransfer, or another video hosting service). Please ensure the link is accessible to our team.

Claim Resolution

Once our team has verified that the item was damaged upon arrival and all conditions have been met, we will contact you to arrange for one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement: We will ship a new, identical item to you at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • Refund charges: Any refund processed through online channels (payment link, bank transfer, or direct purchase from the website) will incur a 3.5% to 4% payment gateway fee. This amount is not covered by us, and customers are responsible for handling this charge.

Feeq FZE reserves the absolute right to reject any claim that does not meet the conditions and requirements outlined in this policy. This strict policy is in place to ensure fairness and to protect our business from fraudulent claims.
